Board Aid® and its associated product designs are protected by intellectual property rights.

The Board Aid product design is protected by registered design rights in the United Kingdom (No. 6383583), European Union (No. 015079792-0001) and China (No. 202430523158.1), together with a United States patent (Design Patent No. D1138632).

BOARD AID® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom (No. UK00004090174).

The Board Aid name, branding, product designs, website content, photographs, graphics, instructions and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, manufacture, distribution or commercial exploitation of products incorporating our protected designs, or designs falling within the scope of our registered rights, may constitute intellectual property infringement.

Board Aid takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously and reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party infringing its registered rights.
