Board Aid and its associated product designs are protected by intellectual property rights.

The Board Aid product design is protected by registered design rights in the United Kingdom, European Union and China, together with a design patent in the United States.

The Board Aid name, branding, product designs, website content, photographs, graphics, instructions and other original materials are owned by  Board Aid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our registered designs and protected product features may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of Board Aid's intellectual property may result in enforcement action.
